                   Arrival

We kindly respect all of our Clients  and want to provide the Best Quality time with each Individual so we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to your scheduled hair appointment. If you are running late, we ask that you give us a call  to let us know your estimated time of arrival.   Please note, If you show up to your Appointment ( 15  minutes  past your Scheduled appointment time You will be Charged a ( $15 Fee ) And if you arrive 30 Minutes past your scheduled appointment time or NO SHOW then you will be refused Services and be charged full amount of your service Cost.

 Confirmation Calls and Texts

As a courtesy, we will call to confirm your  your appointment 0ne day Prior as well as Text you a friendly reminder to  Re-Confirm your Appointment. Please note that it is Important to Remember your Appointment date and time to Avoid late arrival fees and missed Appointments Cancellation fees.

CONSULTATIONS

We Offer one -on- one Consultations in Person so that our Clients can feel comfortable to express themselves as well share any problems they may have concerning their Hair. It also allows us the time to examine your hair and Scalp needs and get a greater understanding of your hair care goals moving forward. This Consultation Session may Include hands on demonstrations, Product Knowledge and more.

• Please be sure that your hair is Clean prior to your Consultation appointment.

In Person 1 Hour Consultation  ( $35 Non-Refundable required )  Payments can be made by clicking link below.

If there are any hair extensions or any braids, please have them removed prior to your consultation appointment.

Please Note all 'Hair Extension' installments listed below will require a  $50  Non-refundable deposit to Secure your appointment. The deposit will then go towards your Hairstyle of Choice. If there is any last minute Cancellations, the full amount of the deposit will then remain the Property of ( Lexi Johnny Hair Sculpting )
